Delivery Policy
Delivery available worldwide at the rates published on the site.
Delivery options available:
- UK deliveries are dispatched 2nd class post.
- All other destinations are dispatched by airmail post
Please expect an additional 48 hours for delivery to remote parts of the UK, including islands above normal 2nd class timings
No despatch or delivery on UK bank holidays, Saturdays or Sundays
Orders will be processed only after clearing relevant payment
Please note: Delivery is via Royal Mail for all UK and foreign destinations, therefore Laurentic Limited cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal system. The Post Office stipulates that 10 working days from the point of dispatch must have passed before they will investigate any delayed deliveries in the UK
Applicable Law

The returns policy
We will arrange a full refund of the full price you paid (including outward delivery charges) if you contact our Customer Services explaining that you wish to cancel the contract within 10 days of your receipt of the product. Please make sure that you inform us of the product description, reason for return and whether you require a replacement or refund;
If you request a replacement product our Customer Services will attempt to arrange this for you but whether this option is available remains at our discretion;
Remember to keep the product reasonably safe and to return them in a reasonably good condition. Please use recorded delivery in order to minimise the risk of the refunded item not being returned safely; and
If you do not send it back the supplier can arrange to have in picked up from your address, in this case you will be charged the cost of this pick up.
